Connecting Victoria's classrooms
The Arc platform provides teachers with access to digital resources, educational software, virtual events and conferences.
View recordings of professional learning webinars for teachers of English as an Additional Language (EAL), and register for upcoming events. The recorded webinars present practical strategies and cover a range of topics, from moderating student work samples on the Victorian Curriculum F-10 EAL, to formative assessment of EAL learners.
Victorian Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (VicTESOL) provides support and services to EAL teachers in schools and pre-schools, English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students, adult, community and industry settings.
VicTESOL is managed by an elected executive committee of volunteers supported by part-time professional development organisers. It offers a range of TESOL and multicultural education professional development activities of interest to primary and secondary teachers.
