Manage your password via the self-service options:

• reset my password if you have forgotten your password
  
• change my password via My Account
• set-up security questions and answers via My Account.

If you need help logging into your eduMail account:

• log a call with the department's Service Portal
• contact the service desk via 1800 641 943 or servicedesk@education.vic.gov.au.

Migration to @education email addresses

The department is transforming its technology services to enable better collaboration and ease of use. One of the many changes being introduced is better email services. This upgrade will see emails migrated and hosted in the cloud, staff issued with a larger mailbox, enhanced protection from malicious emails, and a simplified email address.
