    Implementation Considerations

    Target population: early childhood professionals.

Training requirements: the workshop benefits early childhood professionals with minimal or no experience with trauma-informed practice, as well as those with more experience, who have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge.

Staffing: services should consider the cost of backfill when determining the cost of accessing this resource.

Factors to consider: consider how staff might share new practice knowledge with others at the service, and how improved approaches or innovative ideas could be implemented across the service.  The workshop includes suggestions and ideas for sharing practice knowledge.
