    Description

Hey Little Warrior: Anxiety in Little Kids is a half-day workshop which aims to support educators in guiding children towards discovering and expanding their own capacity for brave behaviour. The workshop is based on the children’s books ‘Hey Warrior’ and ‘Hey Awesome’, which detail turning anxiety into an ally, and explore and explain anxiety through a neuroscientific, child-friendly lens.

The workshop provides educators with practical strategies and information to support a class-based approach towards strengthening all children against anxiety, expanding their capacity for brave behaviour, and understanding more about the brain. The workshop equips educators with the information and practical tools to work with children on a group or individual level.
