 Biometric Devices

What is it?

Biometric devices and software are able to recognise humans on the basis of either unique physical traits such as fingerprints, face recognition, DNA, hand and palm geometry, iris recognition, or behavioural traits such as typing rhythm, gait, or voice. Biometric devices are often used in identity access/control or for surveillance work.
