​​Feedback and complaints may be directed to the Department regarding the conduct of registered training organisations (RTOs) in the government subsidised training market, including:

  • aspects of training service delivery
  • RTO behaviour in the market
  • potential misconduct including misclaiming of training funds.

In the event that a complainant (as an individual or organisation) is unhappy with the response to a complaint lodged with the Department – and have exhausted the review process offered by the Department – a complaint can be lodged with a number of external complaint investigation agencies.
