Use the Skills Victoria Training System (SVTS) to submit training data to us.
You may need to update your login first, see below for more information.
Changes to SVTS logins
We’re updating the system used to log into SVTS. This means that between now and June 2019, you’ll need to get a new login.
We will send written confirmation to your training organisation to let you know when it’s your turn to get a new login.
Once you have the written confirmation,
register with the eduPass External Client Portal (ECP).
You only need to register once. After registration, you’ll be given a new username and password to login to SVTS.
Each organisation has two weeks to get a new login. You must register for a new login by the date in the written confirmation. After this date, you will not be able to use your old login.

Training providers must use SVTS to report all student statistical data and claims for funding. Reporting is in accordance with the requirements in:
- your provider’s VET funding contract
- the Victorian VET student statistical collection guidelines.
Staff with access to SVTS are able to upload data and control claim payments on behalf of their training provider.
Training organisations that are registered by a different statutory authority or body must also report their training activity. For example, Learn Local Organisations registered by the ACFE Board.
Training organisations that do not have a contractual obligation or other directive to report to us, can report data to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research. Use their
AVS tool to report.
