Working with families of ASD students

Relationships with early childhood and school settings can be pivotal in helping families understand how ASD affects their child's learning and to understand the lifelong implications of a diagnosis of ASD. Families may look to the educational setting for a key person to help them make decisions, research and evidence on the best educational provision for their child.
