Feedback from previous participants
'Coaching has been the best professional development I have been to for a long time,' a previous participant said.
'I wasn't sure how to increase literacy teaching across the school without making it seem like I was telling teachers what to do. My coach helped me work out how I could work with teachers and empower them.
'I have learned how to support student and teacher voice and agency, to listen better and ask better questions to encourage more dialogue. I am a far better member of teams and have learned how to support the leadership of others. I have learned to be a better learner myself and to look after myself in the process.'
