Purpose of this policy
To make sure all Departmental staff can access technical support.
The Department’s standard approach for all IT support is to use the online Service Gateway.
The Service Gateway is the recommended preferred contact method to ensure timely support, it enables you to:
- log new service calls
- be informed about the status of of current service calls
- get help from the Knowledgebase and Frequently Asked Questions
If you are unable to access the Service Gateway, contact the Service Desk on 1800 641 943 or (03) 9637 3333.
The Service Desk operates between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00p.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays
