The School Readiness Funding Menu of Evidence-Informed Programs and Supports (the Menu) addresses the three priority areas for School Readiness Funding:
- communication (language development)
- wellbeing (social and emotional)
- access and inclusion.
Each Menu item contains a description, information about the cost, its application in a kindergarten setting and its alignment to the
Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).

How to be included on the Menu
Applications for inclusion on the 2022 School Readiness Funding Menu of evidence-informed programs and supports are now open.
Applications are due by 5pm on 31 May 2021. Applicants must complete all fields in the
application form (docx - 111.5kb) and submit it electronically (Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF files only) to MenuOfEvidence@edumail.vic.gov.au.
Prospective Menu Provider Briefing
All applicants must attend a one-hour Prospective Menu Provider video conference Briefing on 15 April or 27 April 2021 in order to have their application considered. Please sign up via Eventbrite to attend the briefings. The briefing will be held on Webex video conference and meeting details will be emailed to you following registration.
During this briefing the SRF Unit will provide you with an overview of the intent and purpose of School Readiness Funding, role of Menu providers and the application process.
