The school readiness funding menu is a resource that provides a list of programs, supports and professional services. This menu helps kindergartens spend their funding on high quality items that enhance children's development in the three priority areas:
- Communication (language development)
- Wellbeing (social and emotional)
- Access and inclusion.
Submissions are now open for new items to be included on the menu. Providers are encouraged to nominate programs and supports that provide direct support to children and build the skills and capabilities of educators, parents and carers to support children's development.
All items submitted will be assessed for alignment to the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
To submit an item for inclusion on the menu, please complete the submissions form (docx - 114.2kb), submissions close 31 May 2019.
Items deemed appropriate will be included on the 2020 version of the menu, which will be released in August 2019. For more information on visit school readiness funding menu.
