Forward Procurement Activity Plan

The forward procurement activity plan provides a high-level summary of potential procurement opportunities over the coming period. This plan will be reviewed biannually and therefore it should be noted that it is an estimate of activity at a given point in time, and is subject to change.

For the Procurement Activity Plan (as at 29 September 2021) see:

Procurement Activity Plan (xlsx - 31.48kb)
Procurement Activity Plan (pdf - 33.54kb)

Note: All forecast procurements are subject to revision or cancellation. The information in this Procurement Activity Plan is provided for planning purposes only and does not present a solicitation or constitute a request for proposal, nor is it a commitment by the Government to purchase the described goods or services. There is no obligation to respond to or return any unsolicited bids received.

Procurement Complaints Management Framework

The Procurement Complaints Management Framework provides suppliers surety that there is a mechanism in place to raise concerns about a particular procurement activity. Complaints will be handled in a consistent, fair and transparent manner.

Supplier Satisfaction Survey

We're inviting supplier feedback on all parts of the procurement process. This will help us better understand supplier experiences with our procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.

To complete the survey, see: Supplier Satisfaction Survey. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

ORIMA Research are conducting the survey. They're an independent social research company and are doing the research on behalf of the Victorian Government Purchasing Board.
