Research

The ACFE Board’s research strategy supports Learn Local sector policy development and implementation. Below are a selection of research reports and initiatives to promote effective use of research in Learn Local education and training sector.

Pre-accredited Learner Journey Report

This report shows who participated in pre-accredited training from 2013-2016 and how they progressed in their learning. It covers training trends and general patterns to understand pre-accredited program activity. As this is a trend analysis, the report outlines general patterns, rather than individual achievements.

Learner trend data includes:

  • The types of people who participate the most in pre-accredited training

  • The types of pre-accredited training received

  • Possible pathways into accredited training.

The report was undertaken by Deloitte Access Economics in late 2017.
