Jess completed her Diploma of Human Resources Management at the Chisholm Institute in 2017 and was asked to fill out the 2018 Student Satisfaction Survey to have her say about the quality of her education and training. Because she completed the survey, Jess won a share in $10,000 worth of cash prizes.
Jess was motivated to give feedback to her provider because she wanted to help future students be provided with quality support systems and training.

With her winnings, Jess was able to purchase a new laptop for work and school.
