Nominations for the 2021 Victorian Training Awards (VTA) are now open.
The awards acknowledge the outstanding efforts of apprentices, students, teachers, employers and training providers. This includes apprentices or trainees who have excelled over the past 12 months and employers who have contributed positively to Victoria's vocational education and training sector.
About
the awards
Now in their 67th year, the prestigious VTA foster connections and collaboration, bringing together the Higher Education and Skills Sector to share in a high-quality training system that meets the needs of all Victorians.
There are 15 general award categories, including People's Choice awards and the Lynne Kosky Memorial Award for Lifetime Achievement.
2020 Large Training Provider of the Year Winner, South West TAFE
The awards are supported by 2019-2021 Principal Partner, the Apprenticeship Employment Network, and the Global Apprenticeship Network.
Each winner receives $5,000 in prize money. The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony in September.
