Mi sono svegliato/a alle sette. Sono andato/a in bagno, poi mi sono vestito/a e mi sono pettinato/a. Sono andato/a in cucina e ho fatto colazione. Ho mangiato dei cereali e ho bevuto un succo. Ho guardato il telegiornale. Poi ho preparato un panino e una merenda da portare a scuola. Mio fratello (che frequenta l’università) è partito molto presto per andare in centro. Mi sono lavato/a i denti, mi sono messo/a le scarpe e ho sistemato lo zaino.
Alle otto la mia mamma mi ha chiamato/a: "Dai, muoviti!" Lei mi ha portato/a a scuola in auto, poi è andata al suo lavoro. Io ho aspettato i miei amici. Alle otto e un quarto è arrivata la mia migliore amica e insieme siamo saliti/e alla nostra aula.
Durante la giornata ho avuto sei lezioni. Ho ascoltato gli insegnanti, ho scritto degli appunti e ho svolto degli esercizi. Mi sono annoiato/a durante le lunghe spiegazioni, ma mi sono divertito/a con i compagni. Abbiamo scherzato insieme.
Durante le pause mi sono incontrato/a con gli amici e abbiamo girato per la scuola. Abbiamo chiacchierato molto e abbiamo ascoltato la musica sull’iPod.
Le lezioni sono finite alle tre e mezza. Sono tornato/a a casa in autobus. Mi sono cambiato/a, ho fatto merenda e ho guardato la TV. Alle cinque la mamma è tornata a casa e mi ha portato/a al centro sportivo. La mia squadra di basket ha fatto un’ora di allenamento.
Alle sette ho aiutato la mamma a preparare la cena. Dopo cena papà ha lavato i piatti e mamma ha telefonato alle amiche. Io e mio fratello abbiamo portato il cane a spasso, poi ho fatto i compiti. Alle dieci ho chattato con la mia amica Stefania su MSN.
Alle undici sono andato/a a letto. Non mi sono addormentato/a subito, prima ho letto un po’.

I woke up at seven. I went to the bathroom, then I got dressed and combed my hair. I went to the kitchen and I had breakfast. I ate cereal and I drank juice. I watched the news. Then I made a roll and a snack to bring to school. My brother (who goes to uni) left very early to go into town. I brushed my teeth, put on my shoes and packed my bag.
At eight o'clock my mum called me: "Come on, hurry up!" She brought me to school in the car, then went to work. I waited for my friends. At eight-fifteen my best friend arrived and we went up to our classroom together.
During the day I had six lessons. I listened tot he teachers, I wrote notes and I did exercises. I got bored during the long explanations but I had fun with my classmates. We joked together.
During recess and lunchtime I met up with my friends and we walked around the school. We chatted and listened to music on iPods.
Classes finished at three-thirty. I came home by bus. I got changed, I had a snack and watched TV. At five mum came home and brought me to the sports centre. My basketball team did an hour's training.
At seven I helped mum make dinner. After dinner dad washed the dishes and mum phoned her friends. My brother and I took the dog for a walk, then I did my homework. At ten I chatted with my friend Stefania on MSN.
At eleven I went to bed. I didn't fall asleep straight away, I did some reading first.
