VET Funding Contracts are contracts between the Department and training providers, including individual TAFE institutes, for the delivery of government subsidised training.
The contract and related
guidelines set out the requirements that training providers must abide by to maintain compliance as contracted providers in receipt of government subsidy. They also set standards of behaviour and minimum requirements for the delivery of training services.
You can access current contracts, related guidelines and previous service agreements from this website. These documents may be updated by the Department from time to time.
Contracted training providers should always refer to any contract notifications on the Skills Victoria Training System (SVTS) to ensure they are referring to the most up-to-date version of the contract. See: Skills Victoria Training System

The Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence describe the requirements for training providers assessing student eligibility and documenting the necessary supporting evidence.
Guidelines about Fees
The Guidelines about Fees describe requirements regarding tuition fees and other fees associated with Government subsidised training and set out the financial and accountability requirements of training providers with regard to fees. The guidelines apply to all enrolments in Victorian government subsidised training.
