The History Learning Circles Project gave teachers of history an opportunity to engage in an ongoing professional dialogue.
The Circles involved:
There was an expectation that Circle participants meet three to four times per year and report on their discussions and activities.
The minutes from Learning Circles conducted at Sovereign Hill Education Centre (PDF - 73Kb), Kew High School (PDF - 59Kb) and Geelong Grammar School (PDF - 35Kb) are examples of these of meetings.
