The purpose of the English P-10 Indicators of Progress pverview documents is to strengthen teacher capacity to plan personalised student learning. By clicking on each hyperlink below, teachers can access the developmental progression of each Indicator of Progress for each Dimension vertically, linked to Progression Points and Standards.

The Overviews will support teachers to:

  • identify student learning behaviours to plan for purposeful learning and teaching
  • monitor student progress over time in relation to a range of indicators across all dimensions of the English Domain
  • make consistent judgements of students’ levels of achievement towards expected standards.
