Research on Learning: Implications for Teaching, edited and abridged extracts (Word - 266Kb) Department of Education (April 2005) - This paper comprises a range of edited and abridged extracts from a larger report commissioned by the Office of Learning and Teaching. In the previous paper Research on Human Learning, key theories of human learning were discussed together with factors that affect learning. This current paper explores the implications that these learning theories have for pedagogy.
The ACE Experience Pedagogies for life and employability 2004 (PDF - 499Kb) research described in this report is an investigation of the pedagogies and contexts that are characteristic in ACE and that foster and develop generic skills and attributes amongst ACE learners.

Northern Territory Curriculum Framework - The Northern Territory Curriculum Framework (NTCF) identifies learning outcomes for all Northern Territory learners in classes from Transition to Year 10. It provides the major elements of curriculum, around which schools can develop flexible teaching and learning programs that are inclusive of the varied pedagogical approaches of educators, assess learner progress and report on the outcomes achieved.
