Research @ Work
The Research Branch plays a major role in ensuring that high quality research is embedded in the practice of the Department, from policy and initiative development through to the implementation of innovative work practices across all sectors.
The Branch actively works with other parts of the Department to ensure that research influences and enhances directions in learning and teaching. One of the explicit functions of the Research Branch is to ‘integrate a research based approach into Departmental planning’.
Research @ Work comprises a range of resources to support Departmental staff in undertaking and managing research activities. The resource package currently comprises:

The paper will also be relevant to education researchers working in schools and other education institutions, and classroom practitioners undertaking action research to improve teaching and learning.
