- 29 November 2010 - Application process opens
- 8 April 2011 - Applications close
- 16 May 2011 - Notifications to organisations completed
- June-November 2011 - Memoranda of Understanding/contracts finalised for all funded organisations
- November/December 2011 - Establishment of SPP Advisory Group & Networks for 2012-14

Briefing Sessions
Briefing sessions on the selection process, guidelines and how to complete applications are provided state-wide, one metropolitan and two regional sessions.
