This tool provides schools with an integrated and action-based approach to implementing various initiatives within Flagship Strategy 1: Student Learning. It outlines the phases schools go through when planning for implementation with a matrix covering: What? How? Who? When? and achievement milestones.

Download the Implementation Action Plan (Word - 113Kb) and save into an appropriate location for online completion, or print it for use as a hard copy.

The Implementation Action Plan has some sections filled in with suggested strategies. Modify these as appropriate for your school. Complete the grid in line with your school's needs and priorities.
