Technical assistance

Contacting the DET Service Desk

Technical assistance is available for schools using the English Online Interview. Service requests can be logged via the DET Service Gateway. Technical enquiries may include issues such as:

  • the functionality of the system is not working as expected
  • error messages on screen are preventing the user from proceeding
  • students are not appearing in the English Online Interview or student details in the English Online Interview don’t match the details in CASES 21
  • a user cannot access the English Online Interview.

When contacting the DET Service Desk, users should provide as much information about the issue as possible including their name, school and campus number. Screen shots displaying error messages should also be provided where possible.
