These familiarisation activities can be used by a whole school, a professional learning team or by individual teachers.

Structured discussion tool for teachers (Word - 26Kb) - can be used to explore and clarify whole school beliefs around learning and teaching.

Structured discussion tool for students (Word - 25Kb) - can be used to involve students in exploring their beliefs around learning and teaching.

Share the outcome of the student discussion with the whole school. This enables co mparison, to be made between student beliefs, teacher beliefs and the Principles of Learning and Teaching P-12.

Synergy and challenges reflection tool - the purpose of this tool is to identify the Principles of Learning and Teaching P-12 in a program currently being taught as a way of preparing teachers for any challenges presented by the Principles of Learning and Teaching P-12.
