"How do teachers and schools identify and improve their understanding of local Victorian Aboriginal identities?"

The activities in this module will get you thinking more about reconciling in-school practice that is respectful to contemporary Victorian Aboriginal identities.

On completion of this module you will reflect upon and thinking about your own learning experiences of indigenous Australia, consider stereotypical images and understandings of Aboriginal people; identify your local Aboriginal community; and locate Departmental guidance in acknowledging local Aboriginal community into school practice.
