    Community Resources/Engagement

    • Adolescent Community Profiles - provide local level information on the health, learning, development, safety and wellbeing of adolescents aged 10 to 17 years.
    • Community Renewal projects identify key local issues and ways of tackling them using local networks
    • Municipal Association Victoria – provides local government information such as community profiles, community engagement outcomes and analysis identifying local issues
    • Neighbourhood Renewal - brings together the resources and ideas of residents, governments, businesses and community groups to tackle disadvantage in local networks.
    • Our Community – provides advice and tools to schools and not-for-profit community groups, as well as linkages between the community, business, government and public sectors.
    • School Focused Youth Service (SFYS) who complete an annual mapping process providing local profiles of the community, young people, service provision and schools.
    • Tender Bridge – provides assistance to schools in accessing education-related funds and formulating partnerships
