Awards Ceremony

The Victorian International School Student Awards are hosted by the Victorian Government to recognise and honours international students and their significant, unique and diverse contributions made to Victorian schools and the community.

Welcome Event

The Victorian Government formally welcomes international school students to Victoria at the International School Student Welcome Event. The Governor of Victoria hosts over 300 newly-commencing international students and their teachers at Victoria’s most prestigious residence Government House.

The International Student Forum is held every year and gives international and local students a chance to work together to explore key issues in education, like the experience of international students. Participants work together to refine their ideas before presenting them to the Minister for Education and other decision makers.
