The pressure of exams and finishing school can have detrimental effects on health and wellbeing, and may lead to depression, anxiety or other mental health issues. Promoting positive health messages is vital during this period, which can be a time of heightened stress and anxiety for young people.
The Department, in partnership with headspace, has created resources for school staff to use to support students to be resilient and stay engaged, safe and healthy during stressful and demanding times.
