Framework for Improving Student Outcomes

The Framework for Improving Student Outcomes has been developed to help us work together to dramatically increase the focus on student learning in schools.

The key elements of the Framework are:

Using the latest research on student learning and global best-practice, the Framework will help schools to focus their efforts on key areas that are known to have the greatest impact on school improvement. Principals, school leaders, teachers, students, parents, regional staff and policy-makers can work together to create better outcomes for our students.

As an evidence-based, practical resource, the Framework will help schools to implement its four state-wide school improvement priorities.

Schools will select and focus on one or two Improvement Initiatives, monitor their progress and evaluate the impact on student outcomes.
