School Contract Cleaning Panel

On 1 July 2005, a Contract Cleaners Panel was established by the Department. The Panel is composed of approved cleaning contractors with the technical expertise, business skills and management knowledge to provide cleaning services to Victorian Government Schools.

The Panel is administered by the Department's Contract Cleaners Assessment Committee (“CCAC”). To achieve Panel status, contract cleaners must meet a number of assessment criteria.

School Councils are required to engage the services of a cleaning contractor with approved Panel status.

Cleaning companies may apply for Panel status at any time by completing the required application documentation.

Application Documents

Applicants are required to submit one copy of the Panel Application Form and two copies of the Department Panel Agreement.
