The Victorian government recognises the importance of connecting parents and carers, schools and mental health organisations and services in order to address the mental health needs of our children and young people.

The Victorian System of Care Referral Matrix is a tool which supports parents and carers, school staff and other professionals to appropriately refer children and young people to mental health services. It enables the user to input information about this issues an individual child or young person may be presenting in order to access local information and contact details for appropriate mental health services.  To access the tool, please follow the instructions below.
