Statement of Values for Safer Schools

A safe school environment is an important part of student learning. That is why Victorian schools have created their own Statement of Values, following extensive consultation with principals, stakeholders and parent groups.

Each school's Statement of Values outlines the roles and responsibilities of the entire school community including principals, teachers, parents, students, community members and the Victorian Government.

Schools and parents share a commitment to ensuring inclusive and safe learning environments, so you may have been made aware of the Statement of Values on enrolling your child.

For more information on your school’s Statement of Values, please contact your school directly.
