Outlining the significant UK workforce remodelling work undertaken in UK schools and networks, she highlighted the key success factors that emerged through the process and the lessons learnt about managing workforce change in schools.
Ian Crouch drew on his extensive experience in the public and private sectors to highlight a variety of innovative workforce models and stimulate thinking about the key elements of successful workforce reform.
