Knowledge sharing is a key focus of the Department. Methods of sharing knowledge about policy, research and innovation include events, both in person and online, and the distribution of newsletters and occasional papers.

Policy, research and innovation events aim to promote discussion of major issues confronting education. The events feature renowned speakers and practitioners from around Victoria and across the world. They provide an opportunity for policy makers, educators and other key stakeholders to share knowledge about current evidence-based research, including examples of innovative school programs and practice.

Upcoming events

NASA Astronaut Rex WalheimBlast Off with NASA Astronaut Rex Walheim - this event launched ACMI’s new exhibition Star Voyager: Exploring Space on Screen and gave students a chance to ask questions about the life of an astronaut, space travel, and space exploration.
