Management and Operations

Management and operations is a fundamental role of the region in terms of coordinating and providing services and support to schools and, where appropriate, early childhood services. The Western Metropolitan Regional offices play an important role in supporting the management of early childhood services and schools in the areas of financial, human resource and facilities management.
