Balanced Leadership

A major strategy underpinning the implementation of the Western Metropolitan Region Blueprint for School Improvement is the Balanced Leadership program. The program is based on the research of Robert Marzano and the Balanced Leadership Framework™ developed by the Mid-continent Research for Education and Learning (McREL) organisation. The program provides school leaders with the knowledge and skills required to balance the three key components of effective school leadership: focus, community of purpose and change management.
