Management and Operations

Management and operations is a fundamental role of the region coordinating and providing services and support to schools and, where appropriate, early childhood services. 

The Department’s central website provides information about management and operations under two key topics:

• Early Childhood Services Management – information on licensing and regulations, policy, guidelines, funding and grants for licensees, practitioners, and early childhood workers
• School Management - information including emergency management, school accountability and improvement, governance, financial operations and ICT services for managers and school support staff

The regional office plays an important role in supporting school principals and school councils manage their schools and coordinate school operations.
