Research conducted, in updating the Seven Principles, has found the most challenging principle to implement is the principle “Professional Learning is evidence-based and data-driven to guide improvement and to measure impact”. EIPL was developed to support this particular principle. The program focussed on a connected learning approach with its evidence-informed practice, and introduced the concept of a "high bar/low bar" vision. This video focusses on how one school evaluated the impact of professional learning. It was shot at Eltham East PS. The DVD was produced through joint funding from AGQTP and EdPartnerships International and is the result of collaboration between DEECD (Teacher and Education Support Development Unit), EdPartnerships and Legitimate Films. |
