How long is the course?

The refresher course is a 7 day program consisting of:

  1. The Core Program – Compulsory three days providing an overview of the major changes and directions in DEECD.
  2. The Professional Module Program  – Optional two days which offers selected modules to meet individual teacher needs.
  3. The School Experience Program - Optional two days of classroom and school experience provided through school visits.

Do I need to complete all days of the refresher course?

The course is designed to be flexible to suit individual participant needs.
