Why has this toolkit been created?

This principal induction toolkit contains information to assist school principals taking up their first appointment as a principal. It provides information principals require to fulfill the administrative and managerial responsibilities of school leadership.

What does this toolkit provide?

The toolkit has been divided into ten areas of knowledge. Each area contains links to the most recent and relevant sites, documents, circulars and booklets for that area.
