Cross Sectoral Working Party

AGQTP

The Cross Sectoral Working Party facilitates the ongoing information exchange, planning and collaboration amongst the three Victorian education sectors, the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD), the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria (CECV) and the Association of Independent Schools of Victoria (AISV). The responsibilities of this Working Party are to:

  • Provide collegiate support by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas, the sharing expertise and to monitor progress;
  • Share details of respective strategic plans and annual activity plans;
  • Minimise duplication and maximise efficiency in the design and delivery of activities that have cross-sectoral potential;
  • Facilitate cross sectoral participation in activities; and
  • Monitor and collect data on cross-sectoral participation in activities.

Cross-sectoral Participation in AGQTP Activities

Each sector has agreed to provide access to all its AGQTP activities to teachers in the other two sectors. This will result in Victorian teachers having access to a broader range of AGQTP activities.
