Building the Capacity of Professional Learning Leaders in Clusters and Schools

This AGQTP activity is designed to cater for 100 Professional Learning Leaders who will attend 8 days of professional learning over Terms 1, 2, 3 and 4. The program will build upon the skills and knowledge of the participants to lead significant improvement processes for their schools through the provision of effective professional learning models.
The program will focus on:

• professional leadership;
• teaching and learning;
• supporting learning communities; and 
• having shared vision and goals.
