Ultranet Project Updates
The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development will develop a revised tender process for the $60.5 million Ultranet project after the response to the original tender was not accepted by the Department. This will ensure the best value for money and to deliver the best long term outcomes for Victorian Government Schools.
The Ultranet project will still be delivered within the original budget and the original timeframe of Term 3 2010.
Teaching and learning and a parent portal will remain as the key priorities of the Ultranet.
