• School Start Bonus - School Reference Guide (PDF - 1.6Mb)
  This is a detailed reference guide for all school related processes in the School Start Bonus (SSB) system. Please note that the guide is also available as online help in the SSB system - click the 'Help' button on any SSB page.
• Enrolment Import Spreadsheet (Excel - 411Kb)
  This spreadsheet can be used to compile your enrolments and transmit them to the SSB system.
  Please note: select 'Save' and not 'Open' when you click on the above link.
  This file is not necessary if you plan to create a CSV extract from your school system to import your enrolments.

Forms

• EMA/SSB User Access Request (PDF - 19Kb)
  This form is to request access to EMA and SSB. Please remember to tick the School Start Bonus box.
• School Start Bonus Application Form for Home Schooled Students (PDF - 90Kb)
  This form is for home schooled children eligible for the SSB. Parents will need to send this, a copy of the Victorian Registration Qualification Authority (VRQA) home-school registration letter and their SSB application form to the Department by 26 March 2010.
