Interpreting and Translating – Multilingual School Notices
Multilingual school notices support communication between the school and families from language backgrounds other than English. Twenty-three school notices commonly requested for translation are available in 22 languages, including English.

Instructions for using the multilingual school notices
- Click on the English file listed below and save the PDF file, or print a master set of 23 notices in English including an index of all notices
- File away as a hard copy reference set and photocopy masters
- Repeat for each language, saving PDF files or printing full sets of notices or individual notices as required.
Please note:
- If Notice 5 on the English Index (and the index list above) is for Day Excursion, then Somali 5 will be the Day Excursion notice in Somali, and so on for all notices in all languages
- These PDF files are read-only printable files and cannot be edited.
