Resources - The Five Elements

Element 5 - Belief by Teachers that the School has a Performance and Development Culture

A belief by teachers that the school has a Performance and Development Culture is an element which provides a check on how effective the school has been in developing a culture which supports individual professional growth and development. It is one thing to have processes in place; it is another to receive endorsement from the staff they are designed to assist. This quality assurance process looks for the breadth and depth of Performance and Development Culture implementation.
