Advancing Professional Practice in Schools
A paper was launched at the 2006 Performance and Development Culture Expos.  This paper provides an overview of the initiative, some case studies and suggestions for next steps.

Performance and Development Culture Evaluation
The Nous Group was commissioned to conduct a two year formative evaluation of the initiative. A copy of the Executive Summary of the Year 1 final report is now available.

Schools Workforce Development Strategy - Boston Consulting Group
In 2003 The Boston Consulting Group conducted a 14-week study of Victorian schools' workforce development practices. This was a key input into the Victorian Government's Blueprint for Government Schools and it focussed on the need for each school to have a strong Performance and Development Culture.
