Accreditation for 2009

There are four key steps in each accreditation round:

  1. Performance and Development Culture Questionnaire (PDCQ) completed by all teaching staff - available online for two weeks.
  2. PDCQ report available to schools - two weeks after the close of the questionnaire.
  3. Written application submitted - four weeks after the PDCQ report.
  4. Telephone interviews and possible school visits by the verifiers - 1-3 weeks after application.

Schools will be notified of the outcome of their application 4-5 term weeks following the submission of the application.

Round 1, 2009 - Timeline

School completes PDCQ: Weeks 1 & 2 Term 3 (13 - 24 July)
PDCQ Report to School: Week 4 Term 3 (7 August)
Application due: Week 8 Term 3 (4 September)
Telephone interview and possible school visit: Weeks 9 & 10 Term 3 (7 - 18 September)

Round 2, 2009 - Timeline

School completes PDCQ: Weeks 8 & 9 Term 3 (31 August - 11 September)
PDCQ Report to School: Week 10 Term 3 (18 September)
Application due: Week 4 Term 4 (28 October)
Telephone interview and possible school visit: Weeks 5 & 6 Term 4 (4 - 13 November)
